Mahjong, Mimosas, and Making a Difference: Our Heartwarming Charity Event in The Woodlands

In August, The Woodlands Mahjong Society hosted a memorable charity event that brought our community together for a fantastic cause, lots of fun, and plenty of mahjong! Thanks to everyone’s generous support, we raised nearly $4,000 to benefit the All Ears Center in The Woodlands, TX, an organization dedicated to empowering deaf and hard-of-hearing children and adults through quality programs and services.

Our afternoon took place at The Landing at Watermere in The Woodlands, TX, a beautiful venue that provided the perfect setting for our mahjong enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Attendees played games of mahjong, sipped on refreshing mimosas, and enjoyed great company—all while making a positive impact in our local community.

It was truly a wonderful time packed with laughter, camaraderie, and community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned mahjong player or just learning where to learn mahjong in the Woodlands, our events welcome all skill levels. We’re proud to promote the game of mahjong in the Woodlands and to host engaging mahjong events in Houston that bring people together for a good cause.
