Return Policy
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at alexandshea@woodlandsmahjongsociety.com so we can help.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Returns must be authorized by us before they are shipped back.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Woodlands Mahjong Society does not provide or pay for return shipping labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

TILE SETS & REPLACEMENT TILES
We thoroughly inspect our tile sets before they leave our facility. However, we ask that you inspect all of your tiles carefully as soon as your order arrives.
Unopened tile sets may be returned as long as the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned tile sets must be complete and returned in their original packaging and condition.
If the shrink wrap has been opened or removed and you would like to request a return, please contact us for assistance.
Requests for replacement tiles must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and should include photos of the affected tiles.
Replacement tile requests made after the 14-day period will be $20 per tile.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at alexandshea@woodlandsmahjongsociety.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at alexandshea@woodlandsmahjongsociety.com.
