Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging and return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
For tile sets, please note that if the shrink wrap has been opened or removed, the set cannot be returned. So please inspect all tiles before opening to ensure you are happy with them.
You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We will not provide a return shipping label.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at woodlandsmahjongsociety@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 98 Birch Canoe Dr. Tomball, TX 77375.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please remember that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us right away so we can address the matter.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, please email us, and we will assist you as long as the item meets the return eligibility requirements (original packaging, unopened tiles, unused, etc.). The new item will not be shipped until we receive the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will inform you if the return is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
