Tile Care & Return Policy

Tile Material & Wear

Our mahjong tiles are made from acrylic, a durable material that gives our sets the weight, feel, and appearance we love. Acrylic is not scratch-proof, however — with regular handling and gameplay, tiles may develop minor scratches, scuffs, or other signs of wear over time. This is a natural characteristic of acrylic and should be expected with normal use.

Each tile set is carefully inspected before shipment to help ensure it meets our quality standards.

Returns & Refunds

Because our tile sets are sealed for quality control and resale purposes, opened sets are not eligible for return or refund. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact Woodlands Mahjong Society before breaking the seal on your tile packaging.
